David P. Borsoi, 87, of Bethlehem, died Oct.18, 2012, in Westminster Village. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late David and Christina (Venzella) Borsoi. He was the husband of Pierina (DaRos) Borsoi for 60 years.

An Army veteran of World War II, he was awarded a Purple Heart for an injury received during the invasion of Normandy.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Delaware Valley College.

He was a commercial agricultural fertilizer salesman and retired in 1988.

He was a fourth degree Knight of Columbus. He belonged to the MORA Club of Bethlehem and the Antique Car Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Christina Borsoi and Linda and her husband James Elias.
