Police arrested a 69-year-old man at the Linden Street Dunkin Donuts around 12:45 a.m. Oct. 11 for driving whiloe intoxicated.

Daniel Bayak, of Barnsdale Road, allegedly drove his vehicle into a curb, and officers later determined he was under the influence.

About two hours later on Easton Avenue, police responded to an accident in which a woman drove her car into a residence's front hillside.

Ashley Laslo, 23, of Woodfield Drive, was allegedly intoxicated and driving without her license on her person.

Around 2:30 a.m. Oct. 13, police observed a man driving carelessly on Columbia Street and pulled him over. Kostiantyn Syzonenko, 23, of Elliot Avenue, was determined to be intoxicated while driving.

Police said around 6:30 p.m. Oct. 14 Melissa Benvenuto, 38, of Delaware Avenue, was somehow involved in a domestic dispute while driving on Stefko Boulevard. WHen stopped, officers found her to be intoxicated.

All the above parties are charged with DUI.
