Minsi Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America holds “Friends of Scouting” recognition dinner

Minsi Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America held a “Friends of Scouting” recognition dinner at Fellowship Manner, Whitehall Township.

The honoree for this year’s program was Fellowship Manner President and CEO Robert Zentz.

Zentz learned of the value of scouting in his home town of Lackawanna, N.Y. from a challenging but caring scout leader.

Senior Scout Justin Deutsch, from Troop 79 Whitehall talked about his interest in scouting and his future plans after graduating from Allentown Central Catholic High School.

Whitehall Township Mayor Ed Hozza served as the master of ceremonies.
