Pedro R. Perez, Holy Infancy Church member
Pedro R. Perez, 87, of Bethlehem, died Sept. 3, 2017. Born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Oliva (DeJesus) and Vincente Perez. He was the husband of Josephine (Garza) Perez for 62 years.
He was in the Korean War under the 65th Infantry Division.
He was a marshmallow cook for Just Born for 43 years.
He was a member of Holy Infancy Church.
He was an original member of the Puerto Rican Beneficial Society and a member of many other social clubs in Bethlehem.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Janet and her husband Richard Fetherolf of Florida, Robert and his wife Terese, Milagros and her husband Oscar Rivera and Pedro and his wife Minerva of Puerto Rico; a brother, Salvador Perez; a sister, Josefina Rosado; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a daughter in law, Donna Perez; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Vincent F. Perez Sr.; a brother, Jose Perez; and a sister, Agripina Perez.
