Stephanie Bodnar, a Lehigh University employee in the school’s events department, exclaims “I come every week because of this lady. She has the best kiffles ever!” Christine Beck, who is the owner of Tasty Pastry, hands Bodnar her treats.
A bountiful harvest is evident at fresh produce stands.
Joanna Rice, a server at Jenny’s Kuali, was on hand to promote the nearby Malaysian theme vegetarian restaurant by handing out ginger garlic sauce with wontons and carrots.
Live entertainment is provided by singer songwriter Regina Sayles.

Farmers’ Market season ends
Patrons of the Bethlehem Farmers’ Market, which is usually held from May to October on Thursdays at Lehigh University’s Farrington Square, took advantage of the final day of the 2017 season in droves Oct. 26. Local vendors selling baked goods, peanut butter blend and fresh produce, as well as food trucks offering lunch items, drew from the Lehigh campus and community to bring another run of the successful farmers’ market to a close. Live entertainment was provided by singer songwriter Regina Sayles, who is based in Stroudsburg.
