Judith M. Miller, 79, of Bethlehem, died July 28, 2018, while in the care of Lehigh Valley Hospice, Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Rev. Richard L. Miller. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John A. and Helen (McKinley) Dotterer.

She was a 1957 graduate of Pottstown High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education in 1961 from the Philadelphia Museum College of Art.

She was very active with her late husband’s pastorate, Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran church, where she was an adult Sunday school teacher and the Helping Hands devotions chairwoman and in other capacities.

She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca A. and her husband Kelvin Smith and their sons, Nathan and Stephen of Bethlehem; two sons, Michael D. and his wife Penny and their children Jonathan, Joshua, Faith and Seth of Fountain Hill and Matthew D. and his wife Karen and their sons Caleb and Noah of Bethlehem; Diane Heintzelman of Allentown, who had become another daughter; a sister, Peggy L. Dotterer- Jacob and her husband Kenneth; nieces; and nephews.
