Antonio Morales, Holy Infancy Church member
Antonio Morales, 84, of Bethlehem, died after a brief illness on July 23, 2018, in St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Salvadora “Nellie” Morales for 58 years. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Eulogio and Belen (Santiago) Morales.
He worked for Bethlehem Steel for more than 33 years before he took retirement.
He was a member of Holy Infancy R. C. Church, Bethlehem.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Elsy Morales of Bethlehem, Myrna Maloney and Robert of Easton and Olga Solivan and Wilson of Bethlehem; four sisters, Gregoria, Maria Estel, Belen and Noel; five brothers, Pablo, Angel, Ignacio, Juan and Luis; eight grandchildren, Tony A. and Julian Diaz, Nellisa Morales, Yari,Wilson Jr. and Evangelina Solivan; Javier and Aaron Gaskin; 12 great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Pacheco, Brian Dixon Jr., Sonesialee Cedano, Jaylynn Solivan, Cariyalys Hernandez, Sienna Solivan, Jeanear Hernandez, Elijah A., Kalobe, Amani A. and Anabella Diaz and Korlyn Green; and three great-great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Rios and Avianni and Miguel Perez Jr.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Carmen Gaskins; and brothers, Valentin, Fabian, Trinidad, Jose and sister, Ana Nelba.
Arrangements were made by James Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
