Cash and guns

Police served a warrant at 532 Ontario St. Oct. 26 following a three-month investigation, arresting the main suspect on numerous crimes, while finding drugs, guns and lots of U.S. currency in the building.

Detectives searching the home located over $33,000 cash, one loaded Springfield XD .45 caliber handgun, one loaded Glock model 30, .45 caliber handgun, additional rounds of ammunition, approximately 94 grams of cocaine, approximately 14 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, packaging materials, a significant amount of cutting agent and, outside, an Acura sedan which was used in making drug sales.

Ruben Rosado, 42, was the investigation’s focus, and is charged with possession and possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and possession of paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Nancy Matos-Gonzalez and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
