Northwest swim team finished its meet against Lehigh Country Club with a 12-0 victory for Northwest after heavy rain forced its continuation to last Monday.

Abby Mack, Madison Drager, Greta Stuckey, and Treasa Burke won the 13 & over 200 medley relay in 2:23.57, and John Jones, Andrew Layne, Seth Coleman, and Jeffrey Eisenhardt won the same event for the boys in 2:13.05.

In 8 & under events, Desmond Murray won the 25 free in 24.85 and the 25 backstroke in 31.06, Estella Mikovich came in first in the 25 breaststroke in 28.13, and Connor Eisenhardt was also first in the 25 breast in 35.87.

In 9-10 events, Adam Barlow was first in the 50 free in 39.39 and the 25 butterfly in 19.84, Elizabeth McClarin won the 25 back in 22.42, Felix Ogden also won the 25 back in 24.33, and Drew Daignault was first in the 25 breast in 32.81.

In 11-12 events, Lora Flynn won the 50 free in 37.60 and the 50 fly in 40.59, John Cornish won the 50 free in 38.30 and the 50 back in 45.57, Sarah Barlow was first in the 50 back in 24.33, and Cole Daignault took first in the 50 breast in 56.78.

“The 50 free, 100 IM, 50 back, and crescendo, all of those I love, and I’ve been swimming them for awhile,” said Cornish. “My 50 freestyle was pretty close. Probably trying to beat my time [was a challenge].”

In 13-14 events, Corbin Eisenhardt placed first in the 50 free in 29.0 and the 50 fly in 34.29, Luke Daignault won the 100 IM in 1:35.57 and the 50 back in 47.27, and Jaina Eisenhardt was first in the 50 back in 46.33.

“Breaststroke was really close. I was always told not to look at the other lanes because that makes you scared,” said Jaina Eisenhardt. “Swim team is a lot of fun, you have a lot of friends here, and I teach here, treading, teaching how to do breaststroke, teaching how to do backstroke.”

In 15 & over events, Stuckey won the 100 free in 1:08.26, Mack was first in the 100 IM in 1:12.82, the 50 fly in 32.19 and the 50 breast in 37.59, Coleman won the 50 fly in 33.28, Drager took first in the 50 back in 37.66, and Layne won the 50 breast in 36.04.
