Charboneau takes 11th at Lion Invitational

Freedom and Bethlehem Catholic cross country runners competed in the Lions Invitational and the Northampton Invitational, respectively, this past weekend.

In the Lions Invitational on Friday at Moravian Academy, the top finishers for Freedom’s girls were Lauren Charboneau, 11th in 21:19, Elizabeth Fihlman, 27th in 22:41, and Julia Heineman, 44th in 24:01.

Top finishers for Moravian Academy’s girls were Krysta Nichols, 22nd in 22:22, and Lilly Eyvazzadeh, 39th in 23:45.

For the Patriot boys, Alex Heidemann was 11th in 17:51, Alex Hume was 22nd in 18:17, Matt Parkin was 28th in 18:31, and Eric Mann was 34th in 18:52.

For the Lion boys, Jack Blobe placed 37th in 18:55, Mason Tran placed 46th in 19:16, Jacob Farr came in 59th in 19:41, and Aaron Salen came in 63rd in 19:53.

In the Northampton Invitational on Saturday, Matt Miller was the top finisher for Becahi’s boys with a time of 18:39, followed by Aidan Michels with a time of 19:08, Joshua Maruscak with a time of 21:09, and Ethan Stoss with a time of 23:33.

Margaret Burke was the top finisher for Becahi’s girls with a time of 20:12, followed by Julia Bricco with a time of 23:14.
