Stefko wine & spirits to close for renovation

To accommodate renovations at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits at Stefko Center, 1844A Stefko Blvd., Bethlehem, Northampton County, the store will temporarily close at 7 p.m. Feb. 23.

Customers in the area are invited to shop at the following Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores:

• Bethlehem Square, 3926 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem. Starting Feb. 24, and continuing for the duration of the renovation project, this store will be open for extended hours, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Saturdays and from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sundays.

• 30 E. Fourth St., Bethlehem

• 4817 Freemansburg Ave., Easton (Premium Collection)

The PLCB regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operates 600 wine and spirits stores statewide, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers and handlers. The PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups and licensees. Taxes and store profits – totaling nearly $18.5 billion since the agency’s inception – are returned to Pennsylvania’s General Fund, which finances Pennsylvania’s schools, health and human services programs, law enforcement, and public safety initiatives, among other important public services.
