Q: What is a favorite memory from Liberty softball?

A: “My favorite memory from Liberty softball is winning the district championship my freshman year against Parkland.”

Q: What is something you like, admire, or learned from Coach Sam?

Q: How are you keeping softball alive while you’re not playing on the team?

A: “Liberty softball took part in making a few team videos to keep softball alive. Overall, just posting on social media to keep the team and softball alive and to still feel together is how we are all keeping softball alive while not playing.”

Q: Who or what is helping you get through this unusual period of time?

A: “Keeping myself busy like practicing softball with my dad or painting and baking to keep my mind off the negative things is how I’m getting through this unusual time.”

Q: What have you been able to do during this time that you probably wouldn’t have otherwise?

A: “During this time I have been able to really bond with my family and get quality time with them every day that I needed before leaving for college in a few months so I am truly grateful for that.”

Q: What is the first thing you’d like to do when the quarantine is over?

A: “The first thing I would like to do once this quarantine is over is probably go to the mall to shop or go out to eat with my family.”
