Lehigh Valley Health Network

Joint statement issued

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office have completed their antitrust reviews of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) proposal to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, allowing the transaction to move forward.

We anticipate that the transaction documents will be completed in the coming weeks. Until such time, we will continue to operate as separate entities.

SOUTH BETHLEHEM Hispanic Center seeks coats for distribution

The Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley is holding a coat distribution for families in Southside Bethlehem Saturday, Dec 7 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Last year over 100 residents came through to select a coat to get through the cold weather season.

Area residents are asked to please consider donating gently used coats if they are outgrown or no longer needed. Both child and adult coats are needed.

Gloves, scarves, and blankets and new socks are also being accepted.

Donations can be drop off at 520 E. 4th Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
