Priscilla Payne Hurd, 93, of Riegelsville and formerly of Bethlehem, died Feb. 5, 2013. Born in Evanston, Ill.. she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Seba B. Payne of Chicago, Ill. She was the wife of the late George A. Hurd Sr. for 56 years.
She attended the North Shore Country Day School, Winnetka, Ill., The Madeira School in McLean, Va. and Finch College, New York City.
Mildred E. Wright, 102, of Bethlehem, died Jan.19, 2013, in St. Luke's Hospital. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Jennie (Lagleter) Quier. She was the wife of the late Philip H. Wright.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, where she sang with the choir for many years.
She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Meldrum of Bethlehem and Judith Burke of Titusville, Fla.; three grandsons, Keith, James and Brian; and two great-grandchildren, Alexis and Christopher.
Francis T. Martin, 89, of Bethlehem, died Jan.13, 2013, at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Francis P. Martin and Caroline T. (Szoke) Martin. He was the husband of the late Helen O. (Wetenko) Lomonski Martin.
He was in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and was in the Pacific Theatre.
He worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He was an inspector for the City of Bethlehem and later worked for Muhlenberg College.
He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township.
Ronald J. Silvoy Sr., 68, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 25, 2013. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Andrew M. Silvoy Jr. and Anna (Vatza) Silvoy. He was the husband of Rosanne (Ryder) Silvoy for three years and of the late Phyllis Silvoy.
He was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School.
He served 20 years in the U.S. Army.
He retired from the Lehigh County Prison work program management.
He was a member of numerous organizations throughout the community.
Peter Angstadt, 86, of Bethlehem, died Jan.19, 2013, in St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. Born in Albany, N.Y., he was the son of the late Marion and Beatrice (Oliver) Angstadt. He was the husband of the late Kathleen (Dwyer) Angstadt.
He was in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He worked at the former Bethlehem steel for 31 years until he retired in 1983.
He attended St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.
He volunteered for the Bethlehem Area Public Library book sales and the New Bethany Ministries meal kitchen.
Huong Thi Tran, 53, of Bethlehem Township, died Jan. 30, 2013, at home.
Born in Vietnam, she was a daughter of the late Tam and Nhieu Tran.
She worked as a machine operator for McLean Packaging.
She is survived by four brothers, Cang and his wife Qua Tran of Bethlehem, Sang and his wife Ngyuen Tran of Vietnam and Thom and Tho Tran, both of Bethlehem Township; and three sisters, Hoa Tran of Vietnam, Sen Tran of Allentown and Tuoi Tran of Morristown, N.J.

David N. Klinger, 70, of Dade City, Fla., and formerly of Bethlehem, died Jan.19, 2013. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Floyd N. and Kathryn (Repsher) Klinger. He was the husband of Susan (Carrington) Klinger for 46 years.
He was a 1959 Central Catholic High School graduate.
He was in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
He retired from the Bethlehem Steel after 26 years. He then worked at Brown Daub of the Lehigh Valley until he retired.
He was a former member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem.
Joseph M. Oravec, 94, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 18, 2013. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Steven and Johanna (Check) Oravec. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Mitch) Oravec for 70 years.
He owned and operated Oravecs Grocery and Meat Market for many years.
He was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish and of its Holy Name Society.
He was a president of the Lincoln Fire Company Auxiliary.
Antonio Ruiz, 81, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 24, 2013, in his home. Born in Guaynilla, P.R., he was a son of the late Aguedo Ruiz and Juana Soto-Ruiz. he was the husband of Ramona Ruiz for 60 years.
He worked for Ruggiero Trucking and later retired from Allied Maintenance at Lehigh University.
He was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church.
Rose E. Winch, 100, formerly of Bethlehem, died Jan. 15, 2013, in Sacred Heart Senior Living, Northampton. She was a daughter of the late Rev. Peter and Anna Molodkovitz. She was the wife of the late Harry G. C. Winch.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bethlehem.
She was a member of the Bethlehem Garden Club and she won numerous awards and ribbons from the Allentown Fair.
She is survived by two daughters, Grace and her husband John Nemetz of Bethlehem and Linda Marcincin of Lower Saucon; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
