Taya Rodriques, 18, of Salisbury was charged with alleged unauthorized use of a credit card, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property 7:48 a.m. June 14. Rodriques allegedly made charges to a relative’s credit card totaling $1,428. Rodriques was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Nathan Ramirez, 29, of Allentown, was charged with alleged driving while under the influence and careless driving following a traffic stop 2 a.m. June 14 on Susquehanna Street. Ramirez was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Brandon John Gushue, 25, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after he allegedly struck a state trooper in the mouth and face area at a residence in the 4000 block of Mountain Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 a.m. May 3. State troopers responded to the residence for a check on the welfare of a resident, according to police. Gushue allegedly became agitated and swung a closed fist, striking the trooper. The trooper sustained minor injuries. Charges were filed, accounting to court documents.
Sabwa Sula, 41, of Freemansburg, was issued a summary citation for harassment following an alleged incident at a home in the 700 block of Mortimer Street 1 p.m. May 17. Sula allegedly pushed and hit the victim in the face.
Brenden Arnold, 30, of Allentown, was issued a summary citation 11:08 p.m. May 18 following an alleged incident at a home in the 1400 block of Stanley Avenue.
Sabwa Sula, 41, of Freemansburg, was charged with alleged terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment following an incident at a home in the 700 block of Mortimer Street 1:50 p.m. May 18.
Police arrested Aristotle Tarboro, 48, of Fillmore Street following a standoff during which he allegedly threatened officers around late April 19.
Police arrested Rene Marrero Jr. following a traffic stop around 11 p.m. April 19.
Officers allegedly observed Marrero, 42, of West Livingston Street in Allentown, driving near Broadway and Fiot streets, and officers recognized him and stopped him to verify his license was suspended.
While search of the vehicle police allegedly found a loaded Taurus .45 caliber pistol and 136 grams of loose heroin.
Marrero is charged with intent to deliver hroin and carrying a frirearm without a license. He was remanded to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.
A Macungie man was taken into custody overnight March 22 after allegedly fleeing from police following a car chase and crash, according to Pennsylvania State Police Reading.
A felony warrant had been issued for Rodney McDonald, 36, of the 100 block of Hunter Forge Road, for allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and related charges.

A 17-year-old female of Salisbury, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Dodson Park 9:07 p.m. April 1. Police allegedly smelled marijuana and found the substance in the car. Six juveniles were in the car parked at Dodson Park after dark. The female was taken to Central Booking.
Andres Alberto Valencia, 38, of Macungie,was taken into custody for simple assault after a verbal altercation allegedly escalated in the 3700 block of Knight Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:28 p.m. March 21. According to police, Valencia allegedly placed his hands around the neck of a person and applied pressure for a period of ten seconds and then pushed the person into a wall. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Corrine Nancy Sergent, 31, of Bethlehem, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance after a traffic stop along Fairway Lane at South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:16 a.m. Feb. 2. Sergent was later released, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
