Giangiobbe proved there's never a doubt

Brianne Giangiobbe doesn't like it when people doubt her.

They've been doing it for years in regards to her volleyball acumen.

Despite being an all-state volleyball member for two straight years, as well as claiming first-team LVC honors and District 11 all-star status her senior year at Freedom, Giangiobbe may have still had her doubters.

Summer league basketball can be defined in various ways in terms of importance for the upcoming season, but you'll never hear a coach be dissapointed in his team having more opportunities to play.

Liberty has that chance this week as they rolled into the semifinals of the Stellar Summer League at Cedar Beach.

Whether Freedom's Seth Watlington remembers these as famous last words, or words he will never forget, one thing is for certain: a PIAA State Class AAA Swimming and Diving Championship gold medal in the breaststroke won by the Patriot swimmer this March at Bucknell University.
